Woodton Primary School

We are delighted that the Woodton Choir, comprising of 13 pupils aged 6-11 years, were able to take part in the Norfolk County Music Festival in March.  To stand up in a strange hall and sing to a room full of strangers is not easy and the children sung up well.  We are really proud of the children and look forward to taking part again next year.

The children and staff all dressed up for World Book Day on the 2nd March.  We are increasing our gardening and have a group pf parents who are coming in to help keep the grounds looking smart each week.  We also have some new projects on the way.  The first project, which will be starting over Easter, is to develop a Nurture garden with sensory plants and sensory equipment.  We will be working on this project with Tesco, who will be coming to help clear the area and then will be helping to raise money for the school to invest in the equipment.
